• Originally met as his younger self (fogboundcrow). After sharing his notes with the older Akechi, the two explored the TV world, where they experienced a hellish dungeon based around the younger Akechi's trauma in the form of a twisted Red Light district. They fought side by side and eventually encountered a monstrous Shadow that resembled a puppet. Magpie protected the younger Akechi by tapping into Loki's power, and the two formed an alliance.

• After arriving, reunited with Magpie, who did not originally recognize him. Their conversation was quite tense, though when the subject of Loki arose, he gained Magpie's interest. There was a lot of friction between the two at first, which became even more awkward after Crow's younger self (Raven) appeared. The two older Akechis dueled, but the duel came to a standstill when Raven took a Curse attack that was aimed at Magpie.

• After another little Akechi (Hawk) appeared, Magpie contacted Crow about it. They had a conversation about the matter, as well as Crow trying to connect to Magpie, but his efforts being brushed off as platitudes. They were able to connect more easily when Crow tapped into his old resentment of Yu Narukami, and eventually Magpie came over to help prepare dinner for a welcoming party for the little Akechi.
